The flavour in the power armoured parade comes from style of combat and cultural traits. Xenos I feel get a pass in this round cause their entire army is unlike other armies.
And maybe that’s why the power armoured armies stick out so badly. They aren’t supposed to be xenos they are space marines. We who remember when the difference being different kinds of crayon colors hate this new need to be soaked in flavour.
