I am mostly a fluff gamer so my considerations regarding list building don’t change much but the white scars can field many different lists In the fluff. Still taking bikes though!
I’m also a fluff gamer and rarely, if ever, play ‘top tier’ lists. I can have more fun with a list based around a strong theme or background than one that is min-maxed for efficiency.
Tournament play doesn’t really change my thoughts on a particular book or army. If anything, it might turn me off the more broken lists and options.
