Snipers don’t pin anymore in the 7th Rules.
I don’t know about Ratlings in particular having a special rule in their codex?
Yeah, I wanted to point out the same thing as Paul: Sniper weapons and Barrage weapons are no longer Pinning. So Orks won’t have to make QUITE so many tests – you still have to test getting out of a destroyed Transport, though.
